Amazing honey, immediate energy boost and deep rich flavor. Jar was messed up and messy from shipping but ok.

For those that love clover honey, like me, the Broadus Clover Honey is a must try. But do be warned, it will become a habit. It is not the cheapest honey to be found, but it is worth every dollar spent. As an aromatherapist who works with raw ingredients, I can attest to its complex flavor profile. Some people say clover honey is boring. I urge them to try this one. When I open the jar, it's like smelling fine absolutes/CO2s of nutmeg, cinnamon, and hay. It makes my creamed single origin coffees taste sublime and my homemade breads quite the treat. I made a whipped honey butter and spread it all over my einkorn pancakes, too. Just delicious honey. I ordered several jars of the white clover honey. I simply love it! When the boxes arrived, one of the honey jars had been shipped but was not sealed. Needless to say we had a sticky mess to deal with and a partially empty jar. I hope this will not happen again.

Probably the best honey I have ever had. Make sure to buy the raw white clover and try to stop yourself from eating it off your spoon!
